5.11.10 Configuring PRI interface engross E1 time slot
E1 didn't set any physics port when it is initialization.It will be a synchronization time slot,other 31 E1
card's time slot be a private line physics port or B channel interface configuration of PRI .when a E1
card was setting PRI incident, the 16
30 time slots would be allocationed as B channel interface of PRI,less 1 time slot would be allocationed
to PRI.
All B channel interface configuration of PRI must be same. The interface configuration derives from D
channel interface.
Configure a E1 card as PRI Iincident.
