Use Program 20-13 : Class of Service Options (Supplementary Service) to define the
supplementary feature availability for each extension Class of Service (COS).

Turn off or on an extension ability to receive off-hook
signals.
06 Automatic Off-Hook Signaling (Automatic Override)
Allow a busy extension ability to manually (0) or
automatically (1) receive off-hook signals.
07 Message Waiting
Turn off or on an extension user ability to leave
Message Waiting.
