Rimuovere l'anello di sicurezza (A) sul
lato sinistro del perno forcellone (B).
Allentare i morsetti (C) di fissaggio del
A forcellone al perno forcellone.
Spingere il perno forcellone (B) verso
il lato destro, fino a metà della sua
lunghezza ed inserire l'apposito
supporto cod. 88713.1515 sul lato
sinistro.
Bloccare il dado sulla vite del
morsetto sinistro forcellone, serrando
B
in questo modo il supporto.
Sfilare definitivamente il perno
forcellone e le viti (3A) e (3B).
Inserire l'altro supporto sul lato destro
88713.1515
e bloccarlo con la vite sul forcellone.
In questo modo il telaio e il forcellone
risulteranno posizionati, pronti per il
rimontaggio del motore.
Sfilare dal telaio il blocco motore
completo (4).
Rimontaggio motore
Eseguire in ordine inverso le
operazioni eseguite per lo
smontaggio.
Importante
Applicare prodotto prescritto e
serrare i dadi (2) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimontare le parti rimosse seguendo
in ordine inverso quanto riportato in
tabella e nelle specifiche sezioni.
Remove safety ring (A) on swingarm
shaft (B) LH side.
Loosen clamps (C) securing
swingarm to swingarm pivot shaft.
Push out the swingarm pivot shaft (B)
toward the right side. It must come
out half of its length.
Insert the special tool part no.
88713.1515 on the left side.
Tighten nut on the swingarm left
clamp screw, thus tightening the tool.
Remove the swingarm shaft
completely and the screws (3A) and
(3B).
Insert the other tool on the right side
and secure it tightening swingarm
screw. In this way, both frame and
swingarm will be properly positioned
ready for engine reassembly.
Remove the engine (4) from the
frame.

Reassembling the engine

At reassembly, follow the
disassembly procedure in reverse
order.
Caution
Apply recommended product
and tighten nuts (2) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
To refit the removed parts, reverse
the order shown in the table and in
the relevant sections.
