Importante
Prima di procedere al montag-
gio dei tubi di scarico (13) e (18) verifi-
care l'integrità delle guarnizioni (12)
ed eventualmente sostituirle.
Posizionare il tubo di scarico verticale
(13) e fissarlo alla testa verticale con i
dadi (11) senza serrarli.
Accoppiare al tubo di scarico verticale
(13) il tubo di scarico orizzontale (18) e
fissarlo alla testa orizzontale con i dadi
(11) senza serrarli.
Fissare i tubi di scarico tra loro po-
sizionando la fascetta (14) come mos-
trato in figura e serrandola alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Serrare i dadi di fissaggio (11) di en-
trambe le tubazioni alla coppia pre-

scritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire i terminali dei silenziatori di
scarico destro (7) e sinistro (9) nelle
sedi sul tubo di scarico orizzontale
(18) e fissarli alle staffe sul telaio con
i componenti riportati nell'esploso.
Serrare le viti (1) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) facendo attenzione che
siano presenti i distanziali (2).
Fissare i due silenziatori tra loro po-
sizionando la molla (15) con il gancio
di fissaggio terminale rivolto verso il
basso.

Reassembling the
exhaust system
(13) and (18) check that gasket (12)
are in proper conditions. Change
gaskets, if necessary.
Position vertical head exhaust pipe
(13) and fit it to vertical head with nuts
(11). Do not tighten nuts.
Mate horizontal exhaust pipe (13)
with vertical exhaust pipe and fit it to
horizontal head with nuts (18). Do not
tighten nuts.
Tighten the retaining nuts (11) on
both exhaust pipes to the specified
torque (Section C 3).
To joint exhaust pipes one to the
other, position clamp (11) as shown in
the figure and tighten it to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Install right (7) and left (9) exhaust
silencers ends into the seats of the
horizontal exhaust pipe (18) and
secure them to frame brackets using
the parts shown in the exploded
view.
Tighten screws (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3). Make sure that
also spacers (2) are installed.
To secure the two silencers together
use spring (15) with the end fastening
hook facing downwards.
