Posizionare il veicolo sul cavalletto
centrale per poter avere la ruota
posteriore sollevata da terra.
Rimuovere la pinza freno posteriore
(A) svitando le viti (B) senza
scollegarla dalla tubazione.
Allentare il dado (1) sul lato sinistro
del forcellone.
Allentare le viti (6) in modo da poter
allentare la catena.
Svitare il dado (1) sul lato sinistro del
forcellone.
Sfilare dal lato destro il perno ruota (4)
e, contemporaneamente, sostenere
la piastra portapinza (E) sul lato
destro.
Recuperare i due piastrini (2) sul

forcellone.
Importante

Per evitare danni alla tubazione
di collegamento pinza-pompa,
allentare la vite (C) che tiene la
graffetta (D) di fissaggio del tubo al
forcellone. Sfilare il tubo dalla
graffetta.

Importante
Durante questa operazione
sostenere adeguatamente la ruota in
modo che non possa cadere durante
la rimozione del perno ruota (4).
Spingere in avanti la ruota (7) per
permettere alla catena di scarrucolare
dalla corona posteriore.
Sfilare la ruota facendo attenzione
che il disco freno non vada ad urtare la
piastra porta pinza freno che risulti
libera e solamente appoggiata al
forcellone, eventualmente fissare la
pinza al forcellone con una fascetta.
La ruota rimossa è completa di flangia
portacorona.
Se è necessario sostituire i cursori (3),
rimuovere le viti (6), sfilare i coperchi
(5) e i cursori (3).

Removing the rear wheel

Raise the bike on the center stand so
as to raise rear wheel from ground.
Loosen screws (B) and remove rear
brake caliper (A). Do not disconnect
caliper from hose.
Loosen the nut (1) on the left hand
side of the swingarm.
Loosen screws (6) so as to slacken
chain.
Loosen nut (1) on swingarm left side.
Remove wheel shaft (4) from the
right side and, at the same time,
support the caliper holder plate (E) on
the right side.
Keep the two swingarm plates (2).
Caution
To avoid damage to the brake
master cylinder-caliper connection
hose, loosen screw (C) holding clip
(D) fixing the hose to the swingarm.
Remove hose from clip.
Caution
When removing the rear wheel,
support it so that it cannot fall out
when the wheel shaft (4) is removed.
Push the wheel (7) forward to take
the chain off the rear sprocket.
Remove the rear wheel from the
motorcycle. The brake caliper
mounting plate is sitting loose on the
swingarm and the brake disc might
hit the plate during removal. Securing
the plate to the swingarm with a tie
might help prevent damage to the
brake disc.
Remove the wheel compete with the
sprocket flange.
Replace the cursors (3) if necessary.
Remove the screws (6), remove the
end caps (5) and pull out the cursors
(3).
