Programmazione immobilizer
A causa della sostituzione di uno o più
componenti del sistema immobilizer
(e cioè delle chiavi nere, del
decodificatore e della centralina
controllo motore), si rende necessaria
la loro programmazione. Per

effettuarla procedere come segue:
Verificare che i poli della batteria della
moto siano correttamente collegati e
che la batteria sia in perfetta efficienza.
Preparare la chiave rossa e quelle
nere.
Inserire la chiave rossa (3) nel
blocchetto avviamento (4).

Attenzione
Quando si inserisce una chiave
è importante tenere le altre due
lontano dall'interruttore a chiave,
onde evitare che interferiscano con la
procedura di programmazione.
Portare la chiave in posizione ON
accendendo il quadro degli strumenti.
Attenzione
Prima di effettuare questa
manovra bisogna accertarsi che il
blocchetto sia rimasto nella posizione
OFF per almeno trenta secondi. Sul
display multifunzione (5) del quadro
compare il numero di chiavi inserite
(in questo caso "1") e un conto alla
rovescia con partenza da 30.
Accertarsi che il conto alla rovescia sia
partito e prima che arrivi a zero (circa tre
secondi) portare la chiave su OFF.
Sul display (5) appare un conto alla
rovescia con partenza da 150
Prima che il conto alla rovescia arrivi a
zero (15 secondi di tempo) occorre:
rimuovere la chiave rossa, inserire
una chiave nera (6) e posizionare
l'interruttore su "ON". Sul display (5)
compare il numero di chiavi inserite
(in questo caso "2") e il conto alla
rovescia con partenza da 30.
Accertarsi che il conto alla rovescia
sia partito e, prima che arrivi a zero
(3 secondi di tempo), portare
l'interruttore su "OFF".
Sul display (5) appare il conto alla
rovescia con partenza da 150.
Prima che il conto alla rovescia arrivi a
zero (15 secondi di tempo) occorre:
rimuovere la chiave nera, inserire
l'altra chiave nera (6) e posizionare
l'interruttore su "ON".
Per il rimontaggio, effettuare le
operazioni di smontaggio in ordine
inverso.
Sul display (5) compare il numero di
chiavi inserite (in questo caso "3") e il
conto alla rovescia con partenza da 30.

Programming the immobilizer

If just one of the components in the
immobilizer system (i.e. the black
keys, the decoder, or the engine
control unit) is replaced, the entire
system must be re-programmed.
To do so, proceed as follows.
Make sure that the battery terminals
are connected correctly and that the
battery is fully charged.
Prepare the red key and the black
keys.
Insert the red key (3) into the ignition
switch (4).
Warning
When you insert one key into
the ignition switch, keep all the other
keys well away from the ignition
switch to prevent them interfering
with the programming procedure.
Turn the ignition key to the ON
position to power up the instrument
panel.
Warning
Before doing this, make sure
that the ignition switch has been in
the OFF position for at least thirty
seconds. The instrument panel's LCD
display (5) reads out the number of
the key inserted (in this case "1") and
starts a countdown from 30.
Make sure that the countdown has
started, and before it reaches zero (in
about three seconds) turn the ignition
key to OFF.
The display (5) now reads out a
countdown starting from 150.
Before the countdown reaches zero
(in about 15 seconds time) you must:
Remove the red key, insert one of the
black keys (6) and turn the ignition
switch to ON. The display (5) now
shows the number of the key
inserted (in this case "2") and the
countdown restarts from 30.
Make sure that the countdown has
started, and before it reaches zero
(in about three seconds) turn the
ignition key to OFF.
The display (5) now reads out a
countdown starting from 150.
Before the countdown reaches zero
(in about 15 seconds time) you must:
Remove the black key, insert another
of the black keys (6) and turn the
ignition switch to ON position.
Repeat the steps in reverse order to
refit the components.
The multifunction display (5) will
show the number of inserted keys
(here "3") and a countdown starting
from 30.
