Note
Per eseguire agevolmente e

correttamente le operazioni descritte
è consigliabile lavorare con motore al
banco, dopo averlo rimosso dal telaio
(Sez. N1).
Alcune operazioni sono comunque
possibili anche con motore installato
sul telaio, rimuovendo le
sovrastrutture per accedere al
particolare da rimuovere.

Rimuovere il corpo
farfallato
Note
Per maggiore chiarezza nelle
immagini è rappresentata la testa
rimossa dal motore.
Svitare e rimuovere le viti (10) di
fissaggio collettori aspirazione testa
verticale (12) e orizzontale (19).

Rimuovere i collettori (9).
Se necessario, rimuovere dalle teste i
prigionieri (22) utilizzando un apposito
attrezzo commerciale.

Installare sulle teste (12) e (19) i
prigionieri (22) nel caso siano stati
rimossi.
Posizionare i collettori di aspirazione
(9) e fissarli utilizzando le viti (10).
Serrare le viti (10) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Note
The engine should be removed
from the frame (Section N 1) to
perform these operations easily and
correctly.
Some operations can nevertheless be
carried out also with the engine
assembled on frame, by simply
removing the outermost parts
hindering the access to the
component to be removed.

Remove the throttle
body
Note
For precision purposes, the
figures show the head removed from
the engine.
Unscrew and remove the screws (10)
of the vertical (12) and horizontal (19)
head intake manifolds from the stud
bolts.
Remove the manifolds (9).
If necessary, remove the studs (22)
from the cylinder heads using a
standard stud remover.
Refitting the intake
manifolds
If they have been removed, refit the
studs (22) to the heads (12) and (19).
Position the intake manifolds (9) and
secure them with the nuts (10).
Tighten the screws (10) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3)
