Ispezione radiatore acqua

Eseguire un'ispezione visiva del radia-
tore. In caso risulti danneggiato o
siano presenti perdite è necessario
procedere alla sostituzione del com-
ponente.
Verificare inoltre che sulla massa radi-
ante non vi siano ostruzioni al flusso
d'aria, foglie, insetti, fango, ecc., si
dovrà procedere alla rimozione di tali
ostacoli facendo attenzione a non
rovinare il radiatore.
Importante
Temperature eccesive del liqui-
do di raffreddamento possono essere
causate da una parziale ostruzione
della massa radiante del radiatore.
Verificare accuratamente le condizio-
ni della massa radiante.
Se si riscontrano deformazioni è nec-
essario sostiuire il radiatore.
Sostituzione
elettroventola
Smontaggio elettroventola
Svitare le tre viti (6) di fissaggio elet-
troventola e rimuovere l'elettrovento-
la (7) dal radiatore (4).

Rimontaggio elettroventola
Posizionare l'elettroventola (7) sul ra-
diatore fissandola con le tre viti (6).
Nel rimontaggio serrare le viti (6) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Inspecting the coolant radiator

Visually inspect the radiator. In case
of leaks or damages, change the
concerned part.
Check also if fins are clogged by
leaves, insects, mud etc...
Also make sure that nothing is
blocking the air flow through the
radiator fins (leaves, insects, mud,
etc.). Clean off all dirt but take care
not to damage the radiator.
Caution
Too high coolant temperatures
may be caused by a partial clogging of
radiator fins.
Thoroughly check radiator for wear.
If any damage is visible, replace the
radiator.

Replacing the electric fan

Removing the electric fan

Loosen the three retaining screws (6)
on electric fan and remove electric
fan (7) from radiator (4).

Refitting the electric fan

Fit the electric fan (7) to the radiator
and secure it with the three screws
(6).
At reassembly, tighten screws (6) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
