1. Log in as administrator. See

2. Click System Settings, then Group Mailbox in
the Navigation Menu at left, then click
Mailbox. The Create Group Mailbox screen
appears.
3. Press
Custom Greeting screen appears, as shown in
Figure 112.
4. Record the greeting:
a. Identify an extension from which to record
the voice prompts so you can use the
telephone microphone for recording. Choose
an extension that is not set up to
automatically forward calls.
b. Press
