7. Select the Call Forward No Answer (CFNA)
Target destination, as shown in Figure 132.
When no one in a Ring Group answers a call, the
call is sent to the selected Target, as listed
below:
Off. Let the Ring Group ring until the call is
answered or the caller hangs up.
Voicemail. Forward the call to a Group or
Personal Mailbox which you select from the
drop-down list.
Extension. Forward the call to an extension
which you select from the drop-down list.
Outside Phone Number. Forward the call to
a telephone number. Enter the phone
number.
Auto Attendant / Operator. Forward the
call to the Auto Attendant main menu.
Ring Group. Forward the call to a Ring
Group, which you select from the drop-down
list.
