Extension Directory
Extension Directories (referred to as a Personal list on the Deskset) are only available at the extensions for which they were
created. They can be created by the administrator or by a Deskset user.
To manage the Extension Directory:

1. Log in as administrator. See

2. Click Extension Settings, then Extension
Directory in the Navigation Menu at left. The
screen shown in Figure 143 appears. The
default extension displays in the dialog box.
3. Select the desired extension number from the
drop-down list.
The Directory list appears. You can add, edit,
delete, and sort the entries, as described on
the following pages.
