Network requirements
Two telephones connected to Router A can make PSTN calls via two trunk voice
gateways (Router B and Router C) and the trunk lines of these two trunk voice
gateways should be fully utilized.

Configuration idea
The select-rule rule-order 1 4 command can implement load sharing. Since the
first rule "exact match" cannot distinguish the priority between Router B and
Router C, Router A will use the fourth rule "longest idle time" to ensure that the
resources of the two gateways are fully, equally utilized.
Configuration procedure
Configuration on Router A
