Symptom:
The gateway failed in registering with the gatekeeper.
Solution:
Check that:
1 The gateway and the gatekeeper can communicate with each other on the
network layer with the ping command.
2 The ras-on command is configured by performing the display
current-configuration command.
3 The gatekeeper function is activated at the gatekeeper end.
4 Check that the area ID is configured on the gatekeeper.
5 The gatekeeper still retains the gateway node. If the node has been logged off,
perform the ras-on command on the gateway to re-register with the gatekeeper.
