A router can support up to 10 DE rule lists, and each of them can contain up to
100 DE rules.

Configuring Frame Relay queuing management

After the Frame Relay traffic shaping is enabled on a Frame Relay interface, each
PVC under this interface will own its independent PVC queue.
Follow these steps to configure Frame Relay queuing management
