Enabling MPLS L2VPN
Follow these steps to complete the above two tasks:
To do...
Enter system view
Configure the LSR ID
Configure MPLS basic capability and enter
MPLS view
Return to system view
Enable MPLS L2VPN
MPLS L2VPN supports these types of interfaces: Ethernet interface/subinterface,
GE interface/subinterface, 10GE interface, Serial interface/subinterface (excluding
subinterfaces using FR as the link layer protocol), POS interface, VLAN interface,
and ATM interface/ subinterface.

MPLS L2VPN support of POS interfaces varies by device.
A PE interface connecting a CE can use these encapsulation types:
PPP
HDLC
FR
Ethernet
VLAN
ATM
Synchronous/asynchronous serial interfaces and POS interfaces can use the link
layer protocols of PPP, HDLC, and FR.
