Network requirement
The router generates local priority for packets according to the priority

mapping of access port. Priority of Ethernet1/1 is 1, priority of Ethernet1/2 is 3,
priority of Ethernet1/3 is 5, and priority of Ethernet1/4 is 7.
Use the mapping relationship in the default mapping table of the router.
