Display traffic behavior

Only after the queue af and wred commands are configured can this
configuration be performed.
The configuration of wred ip-precedence will be deleted when wred
configuration is deleted.
The configuration of drop parameter gets invalid if the configuration of the
queue af command or the queue wfq command is cancelled.
Configuration example
1 Network requirement
Configure a traffic behavior test and AF and set the minimum available bandwidth
to 200 kbps.
2 Configuration procedure
# Enter system view.
<Sysname> system-view
# Define a traffic and enter traffic behavior view.
[Sysname] traffic behavior test
# Configure classification rule.
[Sysname-behavior-test] queue af bandwidth 200
[Sysname-behavior-test]
The corresponding relationship between the classes and traffic behaviors in this
policy are defined. Each traffic behavior includes a group of QoS behaviors. For
example, the queue dispatching includes such behaviors as EF, AF, traffic policing,
traffic shaping, WRED and marking.
Follow these steps to specify the traffic behavior for the class in the policy:
