MSAP2000 AAMS User's Guide
SNMP itself is a simple request/response protocol based on the
manager/agent model. The manager issues a request and the agent returns
responses using the following protocol operations:

MIBs let administrators collect statistics and monitor status and performance. The
MSAP2000 AAMS
supports the following MIBs:
MIB II IF MIB and ADSL line MIB (RFC-2662)
BRIDGE MIB: dot1dStp (RSTP), dot1dGarp (GARP)
SNMP MIB II (RFC-1215)
The MSAP2000 AAMS can also respond with specific data from the ZyXEL private
MIBs:

18.3.2 RFC-1215 SNMP Traps

The MSAP2000 AAMS can send the following SNMP traps (defined in RFC-
1215) to an SNMP manager when an event occurs.
