Sets or returns Nominal Tx Output power level in the form sxx.x,
where:
s = sign (+/–)
xx.x = Tx Output power level, +10.0 and –40.0 dBm.

Sets or returns Baud Rate in the form x, where:
0 = 110
1 = 150
2 = 300
3 = 600
4 = 1200
5 = 2400
6 = 4800
7 = 9600
8 = 19200
9 = 38400
