Sets or returns Modem Reference Clock (for Frequency Accuracy) in
the form x, where:
0 = Internal
1 = External 1 MHz
2 = External 5 MHz
3 = External 10 MHz
6 bytes Command or Query.
Sets or returns Alarm mask conditions in the form abcdef, where:
a=spare (must be set to 0)
b=spare (must be set to 0)
c=spare (must be set to 0)
d=spare (must be set to 0)
e=Demod Faults
0 = unmasked
1 = masked
f=Eb/No Threshold Alarm
0 = unmasked
1 = masked
