9. Adjust the front-door assembly.
(1) Adjust the gap in the upper portion between the
front door of the Finisher and the front-door
assembly of the PZ-108.
Adjust it by loosening the five screws indicated
in the diagram below and move the door up and
down.
(2) Align the front door of the Finisher, adjusting
the actuator positions (upper and lower), and
tighten the two screws that were used to
temporarily secure the actuators.
(3) Loosen the screws of the actuator on the PZ-
108 (lower). Adjust the right and left positions
of the actuator, then tighten the screws to secure
it. (2 screws)
(4) If the magnets do not attach properly when the
front door is closed, correct this by loosening
the two screws on the magnets and adjusting
the positions of the magnets forward or
backward.

10. Install the front cover. (Truss screw M4x6: 3 pcs.)

11. Hook the Finisher I/F wire bundle (For ISW) to
the wire saddle on the bottom of the board as
shown below.

12. Position the switches located on the middle of
the PZ-108 substrate to match the settings on
the 7155 and the 7165. (Set Switch 2 to its ON
position)

13. Connecting the power cord
(1) Secure the rear cover of the PZ-108 with 3 of
the 4 screws, temporarily omitting the screw for
the bottom left corner.
(2) Connect the power cord to the power jack on
the rear side of the PZ-108, then use the screw
for the bottom left corner to secure the
connection with a nylon clamp.

(1) Confirming the ROM version(main body/finisher)
1. Main body (7155/7165)
• Confirm that the Image Control/Printer Control
ROM has the latest version number.
Caution:
If the ROM version is not the latest, be sure to
upgrade it.
2. Finisher (FS-110/210)
• Finisher ROM
Caution:
If the ROM version is lower than the one described
above, upgrade it with the newest ROM version.
