[PU-108+FS-106 installation procedure]
1. Turn the power to the main body OFF, then unplug
the power cord from the power outlet.
2. Install the main body installation stay on the upper
left side of the main body. (TP screw M4x18: 2
pcs. <FS-106 accessory parts>)
Caution:
If the Finisher has been installed on the main body,
remove the linking stay <FS-106 accessory part>
from the upper-left side of the main body, then
perform Step 2. (TP screw M4x18: 2 pcs. <FS-106
accessory parts>)
3. Remove main body fixing plate 2 (1 screw) from
the upper rear side of the FS-106, then install it on
the main body installation stay. (1 screw)

4. Install the main body installation plate (lower) <FS-
106 accessory part> on the lower left side of the
main body. (TP screw M4x6: 2 pcs. <FS-106
accessory parts>)
Install main body fixing plate 1 <FS-106 accessory
part> at the rear end of the main body installation
plate. (TP screw M4x6: 1 pc.)
Caution:
If the Finisher has been installed on the main body,
use the main body installation plate (lower) as-is.
Reverse the direction of main body fixing plate 1,
and install it at the rearend.

5. Remove the sensor cover of the chad-collection
duct. Change the position for insertion into the
sensor cover from the 5th to the 4th ridge.

6. Bind and secure the chad-collection duct using the
two binding bands. (Cut off the excess portion, then
turn the cut end to the rear side.)
Cut off the excess.
7. Install the PU-108+the FS-106 on the main body.
(1) Lower the paper guide of the PU-108 (by
pushing up the lever).
