Front Caliper Assembly; Front Caliper Installation - Polaris Magnum 2x4 Service Manual

Assembly
1. Install new O-rings in the caliper body.
2. Coat piston with clean DOT 3 brake fluid and install in
caliper body.
3. Lubricate the mounting bracket pins with Polaris
Premium All Seasons Grease, and install the rubber
dust seal boots.
4. Compress the mounting bracket and make sure the
dust seals are fully seated. Install the pads as shown.
Clean the disc and pads with brake parts cleaner or
alcohol to remove any dirt, oil or grease.
Installation
1. Install caliper on hub strut, and torque mounting bolts.
