Usage Guide: When selecting RP, Pim usually will select according to RP priority. When
this command is configured, pim will not select according to RP priority. Unless there are
older routers in the net, this command is not recommended.

Function: Configure to add JP timer. the "no ip pim jp-timer" command restores the
default value.
Parameter: <value> ranges from 10 to 65535s

Usage Guide: Configure the interval of JOIN-PRUNE packets sent by PIM periodically,
the default value is 60s. The default value is recommended if no special reasons.
