This chapter contains instructions for copying files between the
system disk and labeled and unlabeled tapes and cartridges.
Instructions are given for performing the tasks using keyed-in
commands at the keyboard display. Refer to the list below for the
tasks described in this chapter:
•
Copy files from disk to disk, tape to disk, or disk to tape
•
Copy to/from floppy
•
Delete files from the system
•
Display file names in each disk file directory
•
Modify licensed and standard fonts/logos, and format the font/
logo matrix
•
Review files in the directory
•
Rename files
•
Scale 300 spi fonts, forms and logos to 600 spi equivalents
•
List tape or cartridge files
•
Display source files without editing the files
You can perform file control tasks by entering commands at the
keyboard display.
The following sections contain instructions for performing specific file
control tasks.
Use this task to copy files residing on the system disk.
