MICR is an acronym for Magnetic Ink Character Recognition. The

Xerox DocuPrint 96MX LPS is identical to the Xerox DocuPrint 96

LPS, except that it is enhanced to provide MICR capability. Xerox

DocuPrint 96MX systems may be operated in MICR or non-MICR
