SCSI Backplane Board

The SCSI backplane board contains ten 80-pin Single Connector Attachment (SCA)-2 connectors
to support up to ten hard hot-swap SCSI hard disk drives. The SCSI backplane board performs the
tasks associated with hot-swapping the hard disk drives and enclosure monitoring and management.
SCSI channel 'B' can be re-cabled as a dedicated SCSI channel for a high-speed connection to an
external SCSI device.
