• Confirm that the Ethernet board has
been properly detected by Windows.
• Confirm that the computer has been
configured to use TCP/IP.

properly connected to the network.
• The data cannot be saved in the default
file.
• Save the data in a different file.
• Access mask is configured. Contact the
network or scanner administrator.
• Another user is using the machine to
scan originals. Wait for a while before
attempting to access the machine.
• The machine is using another function
such as the copy function. Wait until
the machine finishes using other func-
tions. Wait for a while before attempt-
ing to access the machine.
