DNRZ, OQPSK Decoding

Several DNRZ algorithms are possible for ambiguity resolution in OQPSK mode. The DNRZ code
(algorithm) value can be programmed via a the Cortex HDR ICD parameter, using examples in next
two sections (Most commonly used and Other possibilities).
