Interface between Trellis Coded Symbols and Bytes
As the size of trellis coded symbol can vary from 8 to 11 bits, there must be a definition of the
arrangement that gives the bytes (8 bits fixed) for the R-S concatenated part.
The convention is the following, depicted for 4D-8PSK-TCM 2.5 with the arrangement of the 10 bits
with regard to the 8 input bits is described on next figure.
