9.10.10.2 Integration Parameters

074-594-P1H Micro GC Fusion Operating Manual
Micro GC Fusion uses a default set of integration parameters to calculate the area
under each peak.
The method must be recalibrated after integration parameters have been saved to the
method, as area counts may have changed. Once the method is saved, all future runs
will have the integration events applied. Runs conducted before the change can be
reprocessed to reflect the new changes.

In the data browser, ensure that the desired run is selected.

Click the
icon to enter the calibration window.

Click the Integration tab.

Click the
icon. Select the module from the shortcut menu.

Click the
icon to add an integration parameter to the list. A blank row is
displayed.

For more control over peak integration, edit the Parameters. Integration
parameters can be set for the entire duration of the run, or can be specified for a
specific retention time range using the Start Time (s) and Stop Time (s) columns.
