Turn on Micro GC Fusion. The instrument is ready to perform an analysis.
CAUTION
If the flow rate through the device exceeds 100 mL/min, the output pressure
from the device to Micro GC Fusion may exceed the acceptable pressure
range, causing instrument damage.
WARNING
Safely vent carrier and sample streams - potentially toxic, noxious, asphyxiant
(oxygen displacing) or flammable gases - outside Micro GC Fusion and away
from the operating area. Vent toxic gases to a fume hood, chemical trap, or
reaction medium.
Install
The pressure reducer and gas-liquid separator includes the following items. These
items are needed to install the device on the front of a 4-module Micro GC Fusion
chassis.

There are three tubes in kit (PN 952-229-G1) and the shortest length tube is
used for this installation.
Tools required:
• 3/8 in. open-ended wrench
• 5/16 in. open-ended wrench
• 1/4 in. open-ended wrench
