WARNING
Many gases are explosive when their concentration builds up over time due to
leaks, poor connections or inadequate ventilation. Verify proper venting prior
to using hydrogen or other gases in enclosed environments.
DANGER
Micro GC Fusion is not intrinsically safe and is not recommended for use in
explosive environments.
WARNING
For rack mount installation, use only the INFICON supplied mounting kit.
Using unspecified mounting hardware may result in personal injury caused by
unstable instrument mounting.
CAUTION
The 2-module Micro GC Fusion remains powered on, even if it is placed into
standby mode. Disconnect the power supply to completely power off the
instrument.
WARNING
Dangerous voltages may be present in a 4-module Micro GC Fusion
whenever the power cord or external input/relay is connected.
WARNING
The 4-module Micro GC Fusion system has a line voltage present on the
primary circuits whenever it is plugged into a main power source.
Removal of the cover must be done only by a technically qualified person.
