Guidelines
The interval between the start time and end time of the DST should be less than one year.
Example
1. The following example sets the DST to June 1, 2012 00:00:00 to October 1, 2012

2. The following example sets the DST to 00:00:00 on the first Monday in June 2012 to

Chapter 4 Service Configuration
Description
Day in a week, in character string format. The
values include monday, tuesday, wednesday,
thursday, friday, saturday, and sunday.
Month, in the range of 1 to 12.
Year, in the range of 2004 to 2037.
DST offset time, in minutes. The default value
is 60 minutes.
