All templates are all 0s, that is, SP scheduling policy.
Example
The following example configures template 1 in which queues 1 and 2 are scheduled in
accordance with 1:2, queues 4 and 5 are scheduled in accordance with 2:4, and other
queues are scheduled in accordance with SP:
zte(cfg)#set qos queue-schedule session 1 0 10 20 0 20 40 0 0
zte(cfg)#show qos queue-schedule session 1

Purpose
This command sets the global ingress rate limit mode.
