SIGNIFICANCE
The specified local batch equipment was
logically turned off (OFF status set in
EST). This message is preceded in the
error log by a message for the same
equipment which specifies the failing
condition.

causing interlocks in the system sectors of
direct access files to not be cleared.

device recovery (performed during deadstart
or when a removable device is introduced
into the system). The files in error are
identified by LENGTH ERROR messages. In
addition, the number of files in error
(nnnn) should equal the number of LENGTH
ERROR messages issued.

successfully recovered on mass storage
