• The minimum brake rotor thickness is 4.6 mm (0.180 inch).
11. Inspect the lever shaft seal (item 10) and replace it if necessary. Apply a
coating of grease to the seal lip.
12. Assemble and install the brake caliper and rotor into the motor housing as
an assembly.
13. Install the brake lever and shaft, then secure the assembly in position with
the shoulder bolt.
14. Fit the brake linkage clevis over the brake lever. Use a new cotter pin and
install the clevis pin and cotter pin to secure the brake linkage.
15. Install the brake return spring.
16. Install the link support.
