Configuration as shown in

After installing the valves, the software tools, the column switch option, and the macros and
methods, create a method in the Xcalibur data system to test the column selector option.
 To create a method the Xcalibur data system
1. From the Xcalibur Home Page, click the Instrument Setup icon,
The Instrument Setup window opens with icons for the configured instruments in the
viewbar on the left side of the window.
2. In the viewbar, click the Accela Open AS icon,
The Accela Open AS view opens.
3. Click the Method Setup tab.
