4. Create the method as shown in
• Use the "Standard Injection Accela Open Col1" method for injection to column 1.
• Use the "Standard Injection Accela Open Col2" method for injection to column 2.

IMPORTANT As a precaution, do the following after creating the method:
• Check the flow paths for column 1 and column 2 after installation by testing the flow
paths with liquid.
• Create labels and place them on the fluidic connections to identify entry ports for
column 1 and column 2.
• Back up the system again as shown in
Figure 110. Make sure you do the following:
