Specifies the user name of
the v3 user.
The <number> parameter
serves to enable
consecutive reading of the
related data from the
individually configured trap
receiver for a short period
of time (without interim
changing of the data). This
is a running number that is
not connected to the data. If
the number is not included,
the data of the first user are
read.
Specifies the type of
encryption that the v3 user
uses (none, MD5, or SHA).
