Force configuration restore

The cfg-restore command fails if a reboot is required. The Configuration restoration is not
allowed as the configuration has reboot required commands error is displayed, along with lines
requiring a reboot. The force option in the cfg-restore command allows a user to force a reboot. The
command is: cfg-restore {flash | tftp | sftp} <FILE-NAME> force.
Before reboot, config is the active configuration. After the device reboots, the backup file becomes the new
active configuration.
