NOTE: The user can alternatively add a port to a VSF link keeping it in disabled state using vsf
member 1 link 1 24 start-disabled command. It is helpful when the user wants to keep
the VSF ports disabled, make the connections, and then enable them back. However, VSF ports
on each member have to be individually enabled for the stack formation.
