Description
Disables the PID1 function by turning ON the terminal
function. When disabled, operation is done by using
the command set for target value as command fre-
quency.
Clears integral value of PID1 control.
Switches multiple target values.
Switches PID gain 1 and 2 by terminal.
Data
Displays PID1 target value.

Is changeable when [AH-07] = 07 or
multi-layer target value 1-15 is enabled.
