5-13 Using the Transfer Output for the
Process Value, Set Point, or other
Data
5-13-1 Transfer Output Function
A transfer output can be used on models that have a transfer output. With the E5CC-U,* E5DC,*
E5DC-B, or E5GC, if the control output is a linear current output, the control output can be used as a
simple transfer output. For details on a simple transfer output, refer to 5-13-2 Simple Transfer Output
Function.

The E5CC-U must be manufactured in May 2014 or later (version 2.2 or higher) and the E5DC must be
manufactured in July 2014 or later (version 2.2 or higher).

Transfer Output Signal (Initial Setting Level)
You can use the Transfer Output Signal parameter to specify whether to output a current or voltage
from the transfer output.
