Configuring a CEM Class (Optional)
To assign CEM parameters to one or more CEM interfaces, create a CEM class (template) that defines the
parameters, and then apply the class to the interfaces.
CEM class parameters can be configured directly on the CEM circuit. The inheritance is as follows:
• CEM circuit (highest level)
• Class attached to CEM circuit
• Class attached to the CEM interface
If the same parameter is configured on the CEM interface and the CEM circuit, the value on the CEM circuit
takes precedence.
To configure a CEM class, perform the following steps:
