Carefully turn the pan support clockwise until the two buttons engage.
The pan support is now attached.

2. Insert the shield plate/draft shield.

Balance with the Analytical Draft Shield

Open the packaging at the top.

With both hands in the side impressions lift the balance, with the packaging,
out of the cardboard box.
