Cause
Ink has entered the air tank.
The thermistor sensor of a heater is defec-
tive.
A head heater is disconnected.
An abnormal temperature of the heater
was detected.
If the problem is not resolved after the
occurrence of this error, the power to the
machine is forced OFF.
The head temperature has exceeded 38℃.
An error has occurred in the color fixation
device.
Cannot confirm that the color fixation
device is connected.
An error occurred in the power supply of
the HCB PCB.
An error was detected in the HCB PCB.
Operation instructions to the HCB PCB
failed.
An error was detected in the waveform
being printed.
A failure to update the HCB PCB was
detected.
Print head connection error.
Print head temperature error.
Function error of HCB2 fan
Abnormal data in the head memory
Undefined error code occurs.

Measures
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to call
for service.
