12.6.2 Configuring PTP Globally

Procedure
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
ptp enable
1588v2 is enabled on the device.
Step 3 Run:
ptp device-type tcandbc
The device type is configured as TCandBC.
Step 4 Run:
ptp domain domain-value
The value of the 1588v2 domain to which the BC ports of TCandBC belong is configured.
Step 5 (Optional) Run:
ptp virtual-clock-id clock-id-value
The virtual clock ID of the TCandBC is set.

Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
interface interface-type interface-number
The interface view is displayed.
