SmartPAC 2 with WPC Integration
SENSOR ENABLE/DISABLE & STATUS
[PROG - SENSOR ENABLE/DISABLE & STATUS]
In the main Program menu, select SENSOR ENABLE/DISABLE & STATUS. A screen
appears similar to the following figure.
If you have DiProPAC, this screen lists the die protection sensors and their status, OFF, ON
or N/U (not used). If you have ProPAC process monitor, this screen lists the process monitor
sensors. The screen shows sensors 1 – 8. If you have sixteen-sensor options, press F4-"Next
8 Sensors" to see the other eight sensors. To get back to the first eight, press F4 again.
NOTICE
When a tool is loaded, or when SmartPAC 2 is powered up, all sensors are turned ON and
enabled.

Controlling Which Sensors SmartPAC 2 Monitors

There are three ways to control which sensors SmartPAC 2 monitors. You can enable or
disable all sensors, turn an individual sensor off or on, and delete a sensor. Follow these
instructions to perform these operations:
• Enable or Disable All Sensors, next section
• Turn a Sensor OFF or ON, page 318
• Delete a Sensor, page 301
For HELP press the HELP key located at the center of the cursor (arrow) keys.
