RIMONTAGGIO RUOTA
POSTERIORE
Dopo aver eseguito tutte le
verifiche necessarie sulla ruota,
procedere al rimontaggio nel
modo seguente:

▲ distanziare leggermente le
pastiglie freno all'interno della pinza;
▲ introdurre la ruota completa
di flangia portacorona e di
piastra porta pinza nel forcellone,
ed inserire la catena sulla
corona;
▲ inserire l'asola della piastra
portapinza nell'apposito fermo (1)
sul forcellone;
▲ lubrificare perno e filetto con
grasso prescritto;
▲ montare la piastrina (2) ed infilare
il perno ruota dal lato destro; se
l'operazione risulta difficoltosa è
necessario allentare le viti (3) dei
tendicatena;
▲ montare l'altra piastrina (2) e il
dado (4) sul lato opposto;
▲ eseguire le operazioni di tensione

catena e di allineamento ruota come
descritto alla sezione "Registrazioni
e regolazioni";
▲ verificare che il tubo freno
non risulti schiacciato o
eccessivamente piegato quindi
bloccare la vite (5).
▲ bloccare il dado (4) sul perno
ruota alla coppia prescritta;

▲ verificare che la sporgenza del
perno ruota dai dadi di bloccaggio
sia uguale su entrambi i lati;
▲ bloccare le viti (3) dei tendicatena
alla coppia prescritta.
Nota
Il traferro fra sensore e vite
fiss. disco freno post. deve essere
compreso 0,6÷2,2 mm

REFITTING THE REAR WHEEL

When you have completed all
checks and overhaul operations on
the rear wheel, refit the wheel as
follows:
▲ Push the brake pads apart into
the caliper.
▲ Fit the whole wheel – complete
with sprocket flange, caliper holder
plate - onto the swingarm, and run
the chain onto the sprocket.
▲ Insert the caliper holder plate slot
into the retainer (1) of the swingarm.
▲ Lubricate the wheel shaft and the
thread with the specified grease.
▲ Fit the plate (2) and fit the wheel
shaft from the RH side. If it proves
difficult, loosen the chain tensioner
bolts (3).
▲ Fit the other plate (2) and the
wheel nut (4) on the other side.
▲ Tension the chain and align the
wheel as described in the "Settings
and Adjustments" section.
▲ Check that the brake hose is not
squashed or bent. Tighten the
screw (5).
▲ Tighten the nut (4) on the wheel
shaft to the specified torque.
▲ Check that the wheel shaft thread
projects from the lock nuts by the
same amount on both ends.
▲ Tighten the chain tensioner bolts
(3) to the specified torque.
Note
Gap between sensor and rear
brake disc securing bolt must be
between 0.6-2.2 mm
